M.L. King Jr. was very much a part of God's plan
The month just ended is the month for the observance of Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday, a day significant to all mankind. As I think of his contributions, I believe he was very much a part of God's plan. Our world is a better place because of his doctrine of non-violence, which gave men time to reason. The entire world has benefited by our coming together regardless of race, color or creed. I've found as I travel along my path, God made us all in his image. It doesn't make any difference where on the planet we visit, people are people. Related: read more | CharlesAlbert's blog | login or register to post comments | Tags: Albert's Path | Charles Albert
Learn from the lives of Joseph and Mary in this season when we remember their child
I am continuing my trek along life's pathways. This is the season of the year that causes me to consider life's beauty due to the birth of Mary's baby and its contribution to the lives of all mankind. Joseph and Mary enable me to think of the important things in life that God placed upon us all. This time of year underscores the social relationships that we all should take seriously. To mention a few social ills, I must begin with the family. Love should be radiated one from another due to the Yuletide seasonal spirit. As we progress through our Christmas season, we must pay attention to the institution of marriage (husband/wife), a relationship that is basic to parenting. Our society today does not provide the basic skills our children of today so desperately need. We must continue the activities of Mary and Joseph who gave us a pattern of life to follow. Environmental issues should concern us
I continue to ponder occurrences taking place on our planet Earth. I notice so many changes taking place around and among us, specifically the plants of our world and our own behaviors. Our atmosphere and soil must remain with the necessary compositions of nutrients and gases for life. To exist, we need adequate plant growth for production of oxygen for our survival, atmospherically. I am sickened when I see bay trees dying in our world. These trees are important in so many ways, specifically the production of oxygen to our atmosphere. We, along with other animals, exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide with plants around us. The extinction of the bay tree should be and is of grave concern to all of us. Related: read more | CharlesAlbert's blog | login or register to post comments | Tags: Charles Albert | tutorial
Consider God’s plan of creation
I decided to take some time to pause and relax along the path of my life; God’s creation came to my attention from our church school study a few Sundays ago. Our universe and all its glory with everything so carefully placed makes one wonder how anyone can develop atheistic ideas. I thought, this type of person is searching for real-life answers without true beliefs, but not wanting to consider the facts relating to divine realizations. There was so much planned order specifically Day 1, light; Day 2, water and sky; Day 3, dry land and vegetation; Day 4, sun, moon and stars; Day 5, fish and birds, Day 6, land animals, people and vegetation; and Day 7, he rested and viewed the plan which was good according to his views.
