Nassau County Master Gardeners are selling Melaleuca Mulch at their Fall Plant Sale.  Save the Cypress trees.  Pre-order your Melaleuca Mulch for $3.50/bag,  by calling Shirley Lohman at the Nassau County Extension office, 904-548-1116.  The Nassau County Fall Plant Sale is September 26 and 27.

The Rotary Club of Amelia Island Sunrise meets every Friday at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club, 2800 Bill Melton Road, Fernandina Beach, Florida. It’s hard to believe another school year is right around the corner!!  BookSmart Kids appreciates all the teachers.   As a show of gratitude, we would like to invite you in to kick off the new year in a fun way!  We have 200 teacher bags, raffle and door prizes, double big bucks…and of course…FOOD!!   (breakfast, lunch and snacks provided)

The Intercoastal Wine Company (10 N.2nd St. Fernandina Beach) is hosting a free wine tasting Friday August 1.  Stop in and try some great wine during "Sounds on Centre".

The Historic Fernandina Business Association is proud to present SOUNDS ON CENTRE.   This is a free community concert held the First Friday of each month from March through October in the historic downtown on Centre Street between 2nd & Front. This month's band is TBD, however, bring a chair, your dancing shoes (just in case) and a smile and song in your heart.
